1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using PODesk: Purchase Orders ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the App immediately.
2. App Purpose & Free Beta Period
PODesk is designed to assist Shopify merchants with purchase order creation, supplier management, SKU cost mapping, reorder planning, and CSV data migration. During the free beta period, the App operates on a 100% read-only basis with no inventory write-back to Shopify.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for reviewing auto-suggested reorder quantities, supplier details, and PO totals before issuing purchase orders or sending formatted emails to vendors.
