Data Deletion Policy

1. Automatic Data Deletion Upon Uninstallation
When a merchant uninstalls PODesk from their Shopify store, Shopify triggers an automated `app/uninstalled` webhook. Upon receipt of this webhook, all associated session access tokens, store products, variant records, supplier profiles, SKU mappings, and purchase order logs are scheduled for permanent deletion within **30 days**.
2. Manual Data Deletion Requests
Merchants may request immediate, manual deletion of their store data at any time by emailing us at rahimbadsa723@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - [Your Myshopify Domain]".
3. GDPR Data Erasure Requests
PODesk complies with all official Shopify GDPR compliance webhooks (`customers/redact`, `shop/redact`). When a merchant or customer requests data erasure through Shopify, our system automatically purges all related logs in full compliance with GDPR regulations.
